Biography

Adam is a pragmatic and solutions-oriented litigator. He represents and defends clients in state and federal courts in commercial disputes and employment litigation matters.

His experience includes business torts, contract claims, employment discrimination and harassment, wage-and-hour claims, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and real estate disputes.

Adam also counsels clients on best practices and strategies to avoid litigation, and works closely with company leaders and HR departments to resolve day-to-day employment issues as they arise. He guides clients to take a proactive approach to workplace compliance, including training and crafting employee handbooks and policies.

A former in-house General Counsel, Adam approaches matters with a problem-solving mindset. He focuses on understanding the client’s business goals and works to deliver creative and forward-thinking legal advice that achieves their objectives.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Adam is a member of the Executive Board of the Metropolitan Business and Community Association (MBCA), an organization that works to improve neighborhoods in the Greater Atlantic City area. He also serves as the Executive Board Treasurer of the Ventnor Pirates Youth Football Association, where he is the peewee football coach.

Adam previous served as a Trustee for the Atlantic County Bar Association and is a former Chair of its Young Lawyers Division. He served as a Board member for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children of Atlantic, Cape May and Camden Counties, which trains volunteers to speak on behalf of abused and neglected children in the foster care system.

Before Fox Rothschild

Adam returned to Fox after serving as General Counsel for a regional provider of skilled nursing care that owns and operates 17 facilities on the East Coast. Previously he was an associate at Fox and was elevated to partner.

Prior to joining Fox, Adam was a co-op legal intern at Comcast and a judicial intern for U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

In law school, Adam was an associate editor of Drexel Law Review. He also participated in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, teaching constitutional law to students at South Philadelphia High School to prepare them for a city-wide moot court competition.

Before practicing law, Adam was a manager of lead generation for RainKing Software in Bethesda, Maryland, where he conducted research and gathered leads for the sales department of the growing IT company. In college, Adam was a member of the varsity football team.
