This is not a recent effort for us. For more than 20 years, our leadership has worked with Chief Sustainability Counsel Phil Hinerman to pursue the goal of creating a better tomorrow. A LEED-accredited attorney, Phil is exceptionally well-suited to lead this push. In 2015, the Environment and Energy Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association selected Phil to receive its Lifetime Achievement Award.

Along the way, we’ve advised and learned from clients pursuing a broad array of environmental and energy initiatives, including those involving wind and solar power and other renewable industries. We recently formed the Environmental, Social & Governance Practice Group to assist you in addressing issues of sustainability and human rights.
