Belonging Network

The Belonging Network brings together lawyers and business professionals across the firm who share an interest in exploring a broad range of cultures, traditions and perspectives. Participants create new connections, learn about other cultures and have an opportunity to share personal experiences in a supportive environment, ultimately contributing to a connected and collaborative workplace where everyone's lived experiences are valued and celebrated.

Caregiver Network

The Caregiver Network provides resources and support for anyone at Fox who is advancing their career while also serving as a primary caregiver for others, such as minor children, adult family members experiencing disability, and aging family members such as parents and grandparents. This Network recognizes the unique challenges that come with being a professional and a caretaker and aims to assist with navigating those challenges.

LGBTQ+A Network

The LGBTQ+A Network focuses on members of the LGBTQ+ community, their allies and anyone at the Firm with an interest in learning about and supporting the LGBTQ+ community. As a firm, we welcome and support lawyers and business professionals of all sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expressions. Our LGBTQ+A Network helps to provide learning opportunities, connect people and make Fox a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

Mosaic Network

The Mosaic Network focuses on members of underrepresented racial/ethnic communities, and anyone at the firm with an interest in learning more about their lived experiences. At Fox, we incorporate a wide variety of perspectives, backgrounds and experiences. With purpose, we open our doors widely to create opportunity for all.

Women's Initiative Network

The Women's Initiative Network brings members together across offices and departments to forge and deepen professional relationships, share experiences, and most importantly, to connect and build camaraderie. Recognizing that each member's professional journey is unique, members of the Network provide support for business development, networking, mentorship and work/life integration. They also provide educational sessions around advancement, leadership and professional growth. Beyond the firm, Women's Initiative Network members are community champions who infuse organizations that support women with their time, energy, and experience.
