Our Programs

Cultural Engagement Networks and the Cultural Engagement Council

Our Employee Resource Groups, known as Networks, are open to all members of Fox's workforce and support connection opportunities for individuals throughout the firm. Each Network is designed to further our goals of enhancing cultural engagement and building relationships across the firm. Visit our Cultural Engagement Networks page to learn more about our current Networks. The firm supports the establishment of new Networks based on organic interest.

The chairs of the Networks serve on the firmwide Cultural Engagement Council together with other firm administrative leaders, including the firmwide managing partner. This Council is chaired by the Chief Cultural Engagement Officer.

Cultural Engagement Speaker Series

We invite all members of the firm's workforce to listen and learn from experts on a broad range of cultural topics, including communicating with empathy and celebrating cultural heritage months and events, including the MLK Holiday, Black History Month, Women's History Month, Juneteenth, Pride Month, Asian American Hawaiian Native Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, and Native American Heritage month.
