Biography
Matthew is an experienced litigator who helps clients solve a broad range of business disputes.
He represents clients in the financial services, health care, retail and transportation industries in complex commercial litigation in state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings. Additionally, Matthew frequently represents property owners and tenants in easement and other property rights disputes, as well as in litigation relating to leases and contracts of sale. In an advisory role, he provides legal counsel to clients concerning contracts, employment matters and other issues arising from their business activities.
Before Fox Rothschild
Matthew is a former summer associate at Fox Rothschild. He also served as a legal intern for the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor where, among other responsibilities, he assisted in composing sections of the organization’s employee manual in compliance with federal labor regulations.
During law school, Matthew was an associate editor for Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal. He also worked for ReachPrep, teaching American history to fifth grade students on weekends and during the summer.
Prior practicing of law, Matthew worked as an analyst in mortgage-backed securities allocations for RBS Greenwich Capital.
