Biography
Michael advises companies, hospitals and nursing homes throughout the country on employment and labor relations issues.
His practice includes wrongful termination, sexual harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, compliance with the National Labor Relations Act, employment discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, and employee benefits. He is a frequent lecturer on employee relations topics such as sexual harassment, the ADA, the FMLA and wage and hour laws.
Michael has acted as chief spokesman for employers in their collective bargaining with most of the major international labor unions. He has significant experience in the health care, hotel, casino, retail, technology, and warehousing and distribution industries.
