A Fox Rothschild team represented Basil Family Dealerships in its acquisition of Emerling Ford and Emerling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The transactions add the family's 11th and 12th auto dealer franchises and mark the company's first expansion into Springville and the southern Erie County, Pennsylvania area.

Basil Family Dealerships is a multi-generational, family-owned automotive dealer group that has operated for more than 70 years.

Both dealerships will stay at their current locations. Planned investments include facility improvements, expanded parts and service capacity, and additional technician training positions.
