In a transaction that joined a woman-led M&A team with a dynamic female founder, Fox Rothschild represented Raleigh, NC-based Sensified, an insight-driven health care communications company, in its acquisition by ClinicalMind (CM).

Fox partner Deana A. Labriola led the multidisciplinary deal team on behalf of Sensified, founded by Courtney Kaprelian, in its sale to the New York City-based health care marketing and communications agency.

“With ClinicalMind's expertise in health care communications, publications and medical training, we're collectively poised to deliver a unique and comprehensive suite of services,” said Kaprelian.

Labriola was assisted by a team of attorneys in North Carolina and across the firm’s national network of offices including Sarah M. Rozek, Jennifer C. Noble (Greensboro), John G. Hodnette, Jeremy R. Sayre (Charlotte) Alexus Acree (Raleigh), Charlie Kogan (Chicago), Martin A. Culhane III (Minneapolis), Gregory Novotny (San Francisco), Chantal C. Renta (Los Angeles), Sheldon S. Miles, Seth I.
