A Fox Rothschild corporate team, led by Matthew Kittay, served as US Counsel to Pooky Lighting, a British decorative lighting brand founded in 2014 and debuted in the US two years ago, in its acquisition by leading US lighting company, Visual Comfort & Co.

The deal will expand Visual Comfort’s portfolio of styles and price points and introduce Pooky to a broader audience.

The Fox team included Sarah M. Rozek, Deborah B. Andrews, Robbie Alipour, John G. Hodnette, Michael I. Slapo, Glenna G. Adeleye, Jessica T. Miranda and Jennifer M. Vinciguerra.

The team worked closely with Charles Russell Speechlys, Ashcombe Advisory and Trilegal as Indian counsel.
