They advise clients on contract formation, contract negotiation and contract modifications, as well as drafting language for contracts designed to increase projects’ likelihood of achieving completion on time and on budget.

We've helped clients facilitate projects in numerous states involving both new construction and renovation of existing facilities. In each instance, our advice added significant value by enabling clients to hit project benchmarks and openings without litigation.

Handling a range of agreement types, we assist with contracts that include general construction, design professionals, consultants and other critical agreements for casinos, hotels, restaurants and all other features of fully integrated gaming complexes. Involving the Fox team on the front end allows clients to avoid costly and disruptive construction litigation.

• Handled a multiparty development agreement among clients, the State of Louisiana and local parish government for an exchange of land to allow development of private parking facilities by relocating a public park and developing a new/relocated state police facility; included negotiation of all design and construction agreements.
• Served as environmental counsel to a large international gaming company redeveloping a former shipyard into a casino and harness track.
• Prepared numerous construction agreements for development or renovation of casino facilities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, California, Virginia and Ontario, Canada.
