  • Obtained all development and environmental approvals for the $200 million expansion of the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.
  • Represented Hard Rock International in connection will all required approvals for the renovation of Hard Rock Atlantic City.
  • Represented Harrah's Entertainment & Casino Hotel in the recent expansion of a 560-room tower and commercial development.
  • Represented Showboat Casino Hotel in the expansion of a 500-room tower.
  • Handled the $31 million sale of a casino hotel, spa and golf course in Nevada for a publicly traded seller, with water rights and golf course lease issues.
  • Oversaw the purchase of an 800-room casino hotel and spa in Mesquite, Nevada, and 18-hole golf course in Mohave County, Arizona, including private well and water rights, residential development rights and timeshare interests; including $80 million combined bank financing for all client affiliates.
  • Negotiated restaurant and wagering facility leases for a Pennsylvania racetrack and casino licensee.
  • Handled a real property tax appeal as trial counsel involving a challenge to the assessed value of an assemblage of properties obtained for the construction of a hotel/casino by Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
