Co-Chair of Fox’s nationwide Gaming Department, Fisher concentrates his practice in all aspects of gaming law, including licensing, regulatory and compliance matters. He’s been at the forefront of the expansion of legalized and regulated sports betting and iGaming in the U.S., regularly representing and advising various industry stakeholders and clients in jurisdictions across the country.
